Jaw crusher broken seat adjustment causes and remedies

Reason:
1 bracket, bracket pad their own procurement or restructuring, does not meet the design requirements of OEMs;

2 Adjust the seat mounting bolts loose;

3 Adjust the seat has serious Feeding machine casting defects or welding defects.


Remedy:
1 Replace jaw coal crusher machine adjust seat and replace the original bracket assembly OEMs, elbow board pad;

2 Replace the seat and adjust the seat adjustment bolts tight;

3 Replace the seat adjustment.
