Horizontal vibration motor excitation force adjustment

Centrifugal force vibration motors are factory adjusted to 80% , need to sea when ( export ) Centrifugal force adjusted to 0% . Use the following steps to adjust :
⑴, relax protective cover screws and Screening machine remove the shield at both ends ;

⑵, exciting force is less than MV50-2, MV50-4, MV50-6, MV30-8 vibration motor ( not included four specifications ) , the outer eccentric block is adjustable , surface marked

with the largest percentage of the exciting force ruler , inner eccentric block is a fixed block , use the fastening bolts are pressed on the motor shaft. Both end surfaces of

the shaft engraved baseline. Loosen dewatering screen the sides of the outer eccentric bolts on both sides of the outer eccentric rotation in the same direction , so that the shaft aligned with

engraved lines on the outer eccentric ruler engraved lines excitation force , to the required excitation force , tighten the eccentric block bolts , fitted with protective cover

⑶ exciting force is greater than or equal to MV50-2, MV50-4, MV50-6, MV30-8 vibration motor ( including the four specifications ) , the eccentric block is a fixed block , keyed

to the shaft , can not rotate. Adjustable eccentric block within the block , with the outer surface marked with the largest percentage of the ruler exciting force , the use of

fastening bolts pressed on the motor shaft . Loosen the sides of the inner eccentric bolts on both sides of the inner eccentric rotation in the same direction , so that the

inner eccentric excitation force on the outer eccentric ruler engraved lines aligned slit on the block , to the required excitation force , tighten the eccentric bolts , fitted

with protective cover ;

Note: Except for special applications , the vibration of the motor shaft at both ends eccentric position must correspond to both ends of the eccentric set percentage must be

equal , otherwise the vibration motor generates a huge mistake to centrifugal force , the vibration of the motor mechanical damage .
