Two ) , no-load test

2, start the equipment running 4 - 6 hours , observe the trommel operation , if abnormal sound or other phenomena , should be down to check , identify the causes and

troubleshooting.
Commissioning 4-6 hours should check the following items:
a, the shaft bearing temperature , requiring maximum temperature does not exceed 75 ℃, temperature does not exceed 45 ℃.
b, fastening the fastening bolts everywhere , found loose should be tightened.
Three ) , feeding
1, in the Coal vibrating screen is in steady state operation , start feeding and discharging devices for feeding trial run ;
2, the normal sealed off after the isolation cover material ( normal operation , the sealing cage should always be in a closed position ) ;
3 , check out the feed materials and dust particle size and a seamless situation ;
4 , running half an hour , carefully examined the various components , identify problems and timely treatment.

troubleshooting.
