Trommel feed

Trommel mainly done through the sieve drum rotary screening material , we generally use the feeding according  high frequency screen to the following sequence:
1, in the screening machine is in steady state operation , start feeding and discharging devices for feeding trial run ;

2, the normal sealed off after the vibrating screen machine isolation cover material ( normal operation , the sealing cage should always be in a closed position ) ;

3 , check out the feed materials and dust particle size and a seamless situation ;

4 , running half an hour , carefully examined the various components , identify problems and timely treatment.

5 , the working process should always check the operation , if found not operating properly or there is abnormal sound , should be down to check , identify the causes and

troubleshooting.
